Heartwarming Surprise

I’d ordered this dress in early May and due to cb, there was a delay in delivery but was updated promptly. I was updated again when my delivery was delayed due to the dress failing s&l quality check and was offered to either get a refund or continue the wait for another piece. I opted for the latter and when my dress was delivered, i was pleasantly surprised when s&l gave me a complimentary top as a goodwill gesture. I was given a retractable tape measure as well. This is my 2nd purchase with s&l and I’m very happy with their service and the quality of their clothes. Keep up the good work!
